Returns & Refunds

We want returns to be clear and straightforward. Please review the terms below before sending anything back.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be authorized before they are shipped back.

To request a return, contact BulkEthernet through our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship products directly to our supplier unless we provide return instructions.

Bulk Cable

Unopened and unused bulk cable may be eligible for return within the 30-day return period, subject to return authorization.

Opened, unspooled, cut, terminated, marked, altered, or otherwise used bulk cable is non-returnable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was supplied.

Restocking Fee

Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee does not apply to verified defective products or products shipped in error.

Return Shipping

For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we verify that an item is defective or that the wrong item was shipped, BulkEthernet will provide return instructions and cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as appropriate.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable 15% restocking fee. Processing time after a refund is issued may vary by bank or payment provider.
